Very poor customer service..

Very poor customer service..
After weeks of the tablet being assessed the insurance company said it would be quicker to issue a new device they confirmed they had bought one for us and had instructed Wriggle to send it out - in their words this will take a few days. This was over a week ago and despite calling 4-5 times a day and promises that the manager will call me - we still have no device and no idea when we will get one. All my son's leaving cert notes are on it and he is missing valuable lessons as he has no device. Shocking customer service ..... this is not acceptable... I hope they will read this and respond - fingers crossed!!!!

A functioning chat would be great...

A lot of good products on the site but support is lacking.
Chat function does not work. I have tried it on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Explorer (yeah I went that far) and all get the samre result.

"javascriptvoid" and if you click the icon...nothing happens. I have tried re-installing java but no dice.
It works perfectly on chainreaction - but not at all on wiggle...

Poor delivery service!!

Poor delivery service!!! Even if you pay extra, there will be always an issue to send the item on the time!!! It is a joke!!!

ZERO response to my damaged order

ZERO after-sales customer service/communication! Will not risk ordering with Wiggle again.
I ordered 3 packs of SiS and High5 energy gels, some of which had obviously leaked by the time they arrived at my address. The contents of my parcel were a sticky mess. I've tried (twice) to contact Wiggle via their online form, attaching photos of the parcel and damaged contents. No confirmation of them actually receiving my contacts, let alone any response to my damaged order. Their online chat has never worked when I've tried it either. Therefore ZERO response from them to acknowledge or rectify the situation. I'm now going to try to cancel/suspend the payment I made with my credit card provider. I'm sure Wiggle are breaching Distance Selling rules on several fronts here. I'm not going to order with Wiggle again. They seemed to be fine with their deliveries in the past so never had to contact them before to deal with post-sales enquiries/issues.

3 days now and still no next day…

3 days now and still no next day delivery. And believe me customer services cannot be contacted.

AVOID at all costs if in UK - they use Evri.

Per others. Wiggle seems to use Evri (Hermes / Yodel) for most stuff now in the UK. If you're ordering to a delivery address in the UK, I'd strongly suggest never using Wiggle / CRC, until such time as they change this. Worse, they've stopped listing which courier will be responsible for which delivery option at checkout, so now it's impossible to reliably avoid. Of course, this is deliberate. My two packages for Saturday Next Day Delivery disappeared into the black hole. Wiggle aren't interested. Evri tracking reflects fictional delivery attempt and hasn't been updated for days afterward. Shame, as Wiggle used to be great.

Nearly a week gone by and still no…

Nearly a week gone by and still no delivery. Items with Evri and tracking has not been updated since Thursday last week. NO delivery attempt made. Wiggle equally elusive - live chat function doesn't work, no contact tel no. This is not a way to treat your customers .....not if you value them!!!!

Waste of time... avoid!

Nothing delivered after more than a week.
No updates from Wiggle too. Just giving scripted replies to queries.
Waste of time!

Poor delivery

I used to use Wiggle regularly and generally very good but in the last year or so it has definitely gone downhill. Two out of two recent deliveries which were meant to be next day delivery have been delayed for over a week by Evri. They need to use a different carrier as Evri are awful.

Horrible Company

I ordered two HUUB Small buoyancy swim shorts and they sent me two Small sizes, but they were different lengths. I sent them a picture and asked to have the larger size sent to me and I'll return the smaller size, but they refused. I have to send both back "for inspection" which can last 14 days so I said screw it, I want my money back. This is a company that is tied up in their policy underwear at the expense of the customer.
